Back in February 2024, I published a poetry anthology called Half-Dead. It’s an anthology of poems about dealing with depression, PTSD, and self-harm. The best way to describe it would be “emo” because the poems have a dark, cynical tone. At first I was scared to share these poems because some might find them a little too dark; however, it’s not something I’ve seen in the writing world. Since I enjoy listening to “emo” music, I figured that maybe this poetry will help other people discover that they’re not alone- you’ve got lyrics, and the only thing missing is the background music. After much thought, I realized that for me to take pride in writing this book, it needed a proper cover and not just some royalty-free image. I present to you the new cover for Half-Dead!
This anthology is available in paperback, ebook, and Kindle Unlimited.

This anthology amplifies the harsh realities of living with depression and PTSD, turning feelings of isolation and hopelessness into relatable lyrics. While many experience intense emotional struggles, few realize they are not alone. This collection aims to show that someone out there truly understands your feelings in this challenging world. Many of us are truly living half-dead, and what’s the point of being a zombie if you don’t have a horde?
