“I’m never letting you out of my sight again,” Grant murmured as he buried his face in Rowan’s hair.
Instead of replying, Rowan pressed his face more firmly against Grant’s neck. Liam was surprised to see his little brother in such a vulnerable state. He was about to speak, but Kai gave him a warning glance. The glance was enough to keep Liam quiet.
“Are you okay?” Grant quietly asked Rowan.
“I missed you,” Rowan mumbled before slowly lifting his face from Grant’s neck.
“That’s not what I meant, and you know it,” Grant said with a small sigh.
